Terms of service

What Reddy.Mail is

Reddy.Mail is a private communications workspace operated by Ryan Reddy. It helps its authorised owner connect selected accounts and organise communications in one place. It is currently a personal service, not a public consumer product or an emergency service.

Authorised use

Use Reddy.Mail only with accounts, phone numbers and information you are authorised to access. You remain responsible for the messages you send, the permissions you grant and compliance with the terms of the connected providers.

Connected services

Integrations such as Google, Microsoft, Meta and WhatsApp depend on the provider's availability, permissions and terms. A WhatsApp Business connection uses the official Meta platform where configured; it does not automatically import personal WhatsApp chats. Provider access may be changed or revoked at any time.

Data and privacy

Our Privacy policy explains what information Reddy.Mail processes, where it is stored and how to request deletion. Do not submit passwords, API tokens, recovery codes or other secrets through messages or support requests.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available and may be changed, paused or withdrawn while it is developed. Features that are labelled as planned, demo or not connected do not perform the represented provider action. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted service, delivery, backup or error-free operation.
