Privacy policy
Updated 27 September 2026Reddy.Mail is Ryan Reddy's private communications workspace. It brings information from accounts explicitly connected by its owner into one interface. It is not currently a public registration service.
Information processed
Depending on the services connected and features used, the app processes sign-in identifiers, connection credentials, message contents, sender and recipient details, timestamps, delivery information, calendar events and associated contact information. Only information exposed by the connected service and granted permissions can be retrieved. Connecting WhatsApp Cloud API does not automatically grant access to personal WhatsApp chats.
Purpose
Information is used to display and organise communications, maintain conversation and contact histories, synchronise connected accounts and support requested actions such as drafting or sending replies. Message data is not offered for sale or used to serve advertising in Reddy.Mail.
Services processing information
The hosted app uses Google Firebase for hosting and owner sign-in, and Supabase for backend processing and storage. Connected providers, including Meta when WhatsApp is enabled, process data needed for their integrations. When an AI feature is used, the content submitted to that feature may be sent to Google's Gemini API. These providers operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.
Storage and access
The workspace requires authorised owner sign-in. Connection credentials are encrypted before storage. Messages stored in an enabled archive are server-side records; this is not a claim of end-to-end encryption for the archive. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and disconnection
Stored information may remain until the operator deletes it. There is currently no general automatic time-based deletion schedule. Revoking a provider connection stops authorised access but does not by itself erase information already stored in Reddy.Mail. Provider logs and backups may have separate retention periods.
Privacy and deletion requests
Contact privacy@reddy.world to request access, correction or deletion of information held in Reddy.Mail. Include the account or phone number concerned and enough context to locate the record. Do not send passwords, API tokens or unnecessary message contents. Identity may need to be verified before action is taken.
Deletion requests are handled manually by the operator; this page is not an automated deletion endpoint. Removing records from Reddy.Mail does not delete the original messages held by email or messaging providers. Requests concerning those originals must also be addressed with the relevant provider.
Browser storage and changes
The app uses browser storage for authentication and application settings. This notice may be updated as integrations and data handling change; the revision date appears above.
